TISS Student-Staff Liaison Meeting was held

Tsukuba International Social Studies (TISS) held its Student-Staff Liaison meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

TISS students, professors and administrative staffs participated in the meeting, and there was a lively exchange of opinions on topics such as student life, social life, and mental health.

The students actively participated and expressed their overall satisfaction and pleasant life experience in Tsukuba.

Faculty members and staffs shared their advice and precautions to take to promote safety and also the importance of helping each other as a team in the TISS Program.

Finally, the students expressed their desire for such liaison meetings to be held frequently every semester and agreement was reached regarding the importance of such meetings to share opinions and concerns of the students.

The meeting also had a presentation by the delegation members of TISS students who represented the University of Tsukuba at the NMUN DC 2024.

The presentation was well received by the audience and new members were invited to join the team for next year.

The TISS Student-Staff Liaison Meeting ended with a friendly atmosphere from start to finish.
